How about 70,000 hours a year?  As a company, the Collision Revision organization is open over 70,000 hours throughout the year!  Each facility is open Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.

Flexibility

We recognize that you’re very busy and it may be virtually impossible to visit us during normal business hours.  NO PROBLEM!  Simply speak with one of our helpful customer service specialists to arrange an after-hours appointment or an on-site estimate at your home or office.

The Estimate Experience

We’ll do our best to brighten your day during this frustrating time.  Each office provides free estimates and while you wait, please enjoy a perfect cup of coffee from our Keurig coffee machines.
Is it snowing or raining?  Maybe it’s brutally cold or extremely hot and humid?  You never need to worry about the weather at Collision Revision!  For your comfort and convenience, all of our stores feature a drive-in estimating bay.

Status Updates

We’ve all experienced that burning question – from getting clothing alterations to some mechanical repairs at a local service shop – “how’s it going and am I going to get it back when promised?”.  We take customer communication very seriously at Collision Revision.  We utilize standardized procedures throughout our organization to ensure you are updated at key intervals during the repair process.  Another popular option is our on-line vehicle status service.  Check it out on our home page or just ask for assistance when checking in your vehicle.
