When I began the company in 1976, I made a commitment to establish the type of collision repair facility that customers wanted – a business that delivers upon its promises. I wanted my customers to tell their friends that they had a good experience at my shop and I wanted them to come back the next time repairs were needed.
That simple approach worked. We have grown from a single, four-bay repair shop to Collision Revision, Inc. – one of the largest multiple-shop operators in the country.
Customers usually come to us in high-stress situations, their vehicles are damaged and they are without transportation. They are concerned about insurance coverage, costs of repairs and when their lives will return back to normal.
